Ask the pastor (priest? ???)
or whoever is in charge for a meeting. Let Your boys benefit
because they learn about helping others, and they earn service
hours towards recognition and advancement. The church benefits
because they get something done. The pack benefits because
they've gained greater visibility from the church.
There's a BSA publication
called "Role of the Charter Organization Representative" or
something like that. Get a copy for your COR. Ask them to come
to your committee and pack meetings. Include them in some
ceremonies if they're willing. All along, you nurture that
relationship!
